It's liberal arts programs and cultural studies programs are among the best anywhere. Great school for nursing and pre-med, especially considering the costs of college nowadays. Hunter is an open campus so if you ever feel like checking it out for yourself, just walk through the doors and talk to the security personnel. It's that easy! We have a very open atmosphere here at Hunter, and even though it's referred to as a large commuter school because it has over 20,000 students, its faculty and staff make you feel like you're in a campus.
