Strengths: I feel like my essay and teacher recommendations were extremely helpful. Its important to pick the right teachers and work hard on
your essays since many students are going to have very similar qualifications academically. I also think my strong record in debate and my
leadership positions in multiple activities helped separate me from the others. Working hard and excelling at some academic activity can put
you above the rest.
Weaknesses: My grades took a bad hit when I was sick and absent for an entire semester. My note from a councilor helped, but it was still
brought down my overall GPA. I also tested much better on my ACT than my SAT.
