Art therapy for children with psychological and behavioral troubles What makes you stand out?
Because I exhausted most of the courses offered at Ames High by my junior year, I took a number of university courses. By the time I graduated I had 45 credits at ISU, or 15 courses completed. These were taken during the course of my high school career, beginning my freshman year. During my senior year, I took only 3 high school courses; two of them were independent studies. I spent most of my senior year working in a USDA Lab rather than attending high school.
I had slides of my artwork professionally made and sent to each of the colleges to which I applied.
I wrote two scientific abstracts; one on my work with the World Food Prize, and one on research I had done as a sophomore in high school with the Ecology and Evolutionary Bio Dept at ISU.
I really enjoy interviews; my interviewers could probably tell.
