What makes you stand out?
I am a first generation high school graduate and the first generation to enter college despite not being the oldest. I live in an area where people care more about their footwear than science. I did research at Mount Sinai. I wrote a story and incorporated my love of science into my family struggles to make an amazing essay. My essay defnitely helped get me into college.
