Upenn or Columbia. US News seems to agree: http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/college/national-search

those rankings are based on more than the undergrad college; to get a high quality undergraduate education, Dartmouth is the way to be

I think that graduate schools in undergraduate colleges add a lot to undergraduate education.

it also detracts from one's education because TA's start to teach the class and they don't have as much experience as regular professors too. also, with a school with an undergraduate focus, you feel a sense of community which only enhances "the college experience"

Dartmouth is ridiculously cold. I hear kids from Columbia are happier. And nicer.

Columbia kids are not happier than Dartmouth kids nor are they nicer. Where do you receive your false information from?
